We at AwesomEnglish are looking for new teachers for kids! Our basic requirements are that you can answer ‚yes‘ to the following questions:

1.) Are you fluent in English?

2.) Can you provide proof of your ability to work in Germany?

3.) We are currently looking for freelancers, not workers for regular positions. This means that if all went well, you’d have a trial lesson within the next two weeks, and then an increasing class load over time through us. Also, as a freelancer you’d be required to find at least one other source of income. Is that all clear and acceptable? Furthermore, are you able to invoice us once a month?

4.) At the moment, all of our lessons take place in or near Steglitz. While we intend to expand gradually in the next six months, classes can be expected to take place near our location at Steglitzer-Damm 7A for now. Are you comfortable with the length of time a commute would take you to that area for one or two hour-long classes at a time? (note: that would increase eventually but for the first month or two that would be an expectable situation)

5.) Are you able to manage a group of up to 8 kids between the ages of 2 and 8 (our groups are capped at 8) for 30 or 45 minutes per group, once a week?
